Mr. Jean-Michel Dumond ,The Ambassador of the European Union to The Republic of Sudan during the Opening Ceremony of the VII European Film Festival in Khartoum on 19 November 2016 ; H.E Mr. Jean-Michel Dumond express his appreciation for the strong participation and sponsoring from the SPFBA. Also the first Screening of Portuguese European Film in Sudan.
