The philosophy of the association is the development of cultural and social cooperation and the spirit of understanding between the Sudanese and the Portuguese people. Exchange of visits, different cultural achievements, lectures, seminars and conferences, in addition to the exchange of exhibitions and trade firs. The SPFBA has no purpose or activity in the political field and offers its services to all citizens, without discrimination. Promote the clear understanding of the Portuguese people phenomena, the national issues of Sudan and try to identify and exchange the real-life philosophy for both nations. Encourage the transfer of knowledge between the two nations - promoting mutual benefits businesses, exchange trading - facilitate meetings and encourages friendships – help to build strong relationship and network of communications - attracting partnership and joint venture.
